A very short blog entry today. I just printed out my novel. Novels are never finished, but when you can print one and give it to another person to read as a whole story - this is a significant moment.
Perhaps tomorrow I will start tidying my study.
And I notice there is another Martin Cruz Smith novel out - which I am very much looking forward to reading. Perhaps tidying the study will have to wait till I've finished that.

Hi, I've been reading your blog for a while via RSS, but couldn't leave comments because of China's firewall... Finally outside of the blogspot block, so, saying hi, and congrats with the novel.

Thanks for the comment Daniel. Much appreciated.
Hey Rod,
Thanks for the compliment. Checking out your blog and website. I belong to a Baha'i Artists list[Yahoo] and I'll tell everyone about your books, weblog etc. Congratulations on your books being published. Can't afford to buy much in the way of books these days but I'll see if our library will order them.
Got a kick out of your writing/thinking about housework comment. Me too. The househusband/artist routine. Sigh..
Dann I.
